We try our best to supply all of our products in pristine condition, but unfortunately due to the size and weight of the systems, and number of parts, on some occasion's damage or loss may occur during shipping or transportation.

Firstly, If we could request that if you have not yet checked the whole system then could you please do this and, if necessary, make a list of any damaged or missing items. It may help to label/number the parts when checking them against the parts and hardware lists on the instructions.
