While we try our best to supply all of our products in pristine condition with all necessary parts we acknowledge that on rare occasions some parts may get damaged or misplaced during packing/shipping.

We appreciate that this can be very frustrating but assure you that we will do the utmost to supply you with replacements as soon as possible.

We do however suggest that you check the complete system for damaged/missing parts before you start assembling it. Please use the instructions to check off the parts and hardware that should be included in the set, and make a list if necessary.

We will send your replacement parts free of charge, but we can only send one shipment due to the costs of shipping such large heavy items, so please ensure you make a claim for everything you need in one order.
